What age range and skill level do you require for tours?
Any age and anybody; bring the entire family! Adam makes safety the tours number one priority. With his years of experience he has guided many different adventure tours with thousands of people (youngest being 5 and oldest 78) and he will be able to form an adventurous tour around the groups overall abilities and desires.

I am afraid of heights or have other phobias, can I book a tour to avoid that?
Absolutely. Our tours are formed around the clients abilities; you will never be made to do anything you are not comfortable with. Adam’s encouraging personality and attention to detail will ensure that everyone is feeling comfortable and confident every step of the way.

What’s your refund policy if the weather is bad?
It takes a serious storm to cancel a hike. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule the tour or receive a FULL refund. Outdoor Travel Tours will decide if the weather is safe to hike in. Hangovers do not count as “bad weather”.

What attire is recommended?
Athletic type shoes and comfortable clothing. Check the weather the night before. Sunscreen, Hats and sunglasses are always recommend.

Do you provide anything to drink or eat during the tour?
Of course we do. Each client will have access to plenty of water, Gatorade and snacks.

Do you accept large group/corporate bookings?
Groups over 4 are always welcome. Hiking through Valley of Fire makes for great team building and has the tendency to bring the best out in everybody. Please keep in mind that large tours take a little more planning so let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure all details are in place for the day of the adventure i.e. transportation, food and drink and any other special requests.

Please feel free to email us if you have any additional questions.  Adam or Nicole will respond as soon as they wake up or get back from hiking. Your business and satisfaction in very important to us.
